This section serves as a platform of problem solving to Miracle Castle gamers. Currently you can submit all MC games related issues here. More Miracle Castle games will be included in this section in the future.
How to create a new case? To submit your case, please enter Create New Case. Select the game you have a problem with, fill in all information needed and describe your case in detail.
How to check my case status? To check status of your case, please enter Check My Cases. All the cases you submit and their current statuses are listed chronologically. Cases tagged with Pending status are waiting for GMs to take charge of. Cases tagged with GM-Updated status have replies from GMs. Cases tagged with Closed status has been closed and can't be replied any more.
