 Q1: How do I recognize a GM?
A1: GMs can be identified by the prefix [GM] in their in-game character names.

 Q2: How do I contact a GM?
A2: Do not hesitate to shout for a GM in game if you come up with some questions or problems. When GMs are off duty, please feel free to use our Support platform to submit your case.  Note that the case shall be described clearly in English for our GMs to handle.

 Q3: What are the GM rules?
A3: Our GMs do perform fairness and justice when they use the rights to carry out duties.  GMs are not allowed to help any player or guild to gain unfair benefits in game and intervene the balance of game.

 Q4: What's the requirement of being an in-game MOD and how to apply for it?
A4: In-game MOD(Moderator) is a role to help manage the game environment and report to GMs about some issues.  They are required to use the rights of Mute and Kick off on the basis of fairness and for the benefit of a clean game environment.
To apply for an in-game MOD, please submit your application to our Support in the type of Bug&Suggestion with sub-type of Apply to be an in-game MOD.  Our GMs will read the application and give you some observation to see if you suit the post.
