Q2: What's your stance on the selling of account and guild?
A2: Any selling of account is strictly forbidden in the game. We are against guild sale as well so that any case originated from that is beyond the acceptance of Support. |

Q3: Is PvP available in this game? A3: Yes, players can duel each other and there are two PK options, arenas or Group Competition. This PK has no punishment. But if players PK each other randomly (not in PK arena), their PK Value will increase as well as have yellow and even red name. Such PK will bring along punishment such as loss of experience. |

Q4: What classes have AOE skills in this game?
A4: AOE skills are available to Wizard, Assassin, Tamer and Monk at present. |

Q5: What can pets do to help masters and how to bring up them?
A5: Pets can help masters in different ways with their respective skills such as increasing players’ HP upper limit and accelerating the mana recover speed, etc. Pets level when their experience hit certain points. Happiness Value decreases when pet is out. Each Pet Food adds 5 Happiness Value. Pets need Pet Level Up Book to level beside needed experience above level 10. Pets can learn extra skills from level 11, 15 and 20 with relevant books. |

Q6: Do players have some punishments after death?
A6: Certainly yes. Players will lose proportional Experience and Energy after being killed, and yellow and red name players will lose additional money. But your loss is be halfed when you are revived by a Fairy. Jackstraws can be used to avoid Exp and Energy loss as well. |

Q7: How can I upgrade my equipments and mounts? A7: To upgrade your equipments and mounts, please visit Blacksmith in towns. Combining improves the performance and appearances while identifying activate the gray attribute of items. Combining requires emeralds and rubies for weapon/mount and defense gear respectively. All emeralds and rubies are divided into Small(for plus 1-3), Medium(for plus 4-6) and Large(for plus 7-10). Identifying needs the same color Identify Gem as the items. They can be bought from Shop and players. |

Q8: What is Tamer's pet and how to raise it?
A8: Tamer is the only class that can capture monsters to help kill mobs. Almost all monsters can be captured except the human-looking ones (such as bandits), boss and the mobs in scenarios. Capture Bell is needed to capture pets (only equal/below tamer's level). Tamer's pet feeds on Tamer's Pet Food which can be brought from Apothecary. Every tamer can have 3 pets at most and keep them in warehouse, but only one pet can be summoned to accompany the master. |

Q9: What's the guild system in game and how to build a guild?
A9: Guild is a good channel for players to meet new friends and it provides additional advantages such as taking part in the Guild War held every week, having Guild Demesne etc. Hotkey: G. All players can choose a Guild to join and they are not allowed to join more than one Guild at the same time. When you reach level 30, you can build a guild with 50 Golds to Guild Admin. Q10: What’s the advantage of being a master?
A10: The biggest advantage is that masters can have master points each time when their apprentices report to them when they level up, and these master points can be exchanged for Reputation Points. Master can also get Energy Stone and Blue Identify Gems when apprentice reaches level 40. Masters can have 5 apprentices at most and recruits are of level 5-20. |

A11: As an apprentice, you can have extra 4% experience after reporting to master successfully each time when you level up. In addition, apprentice can get two precious bound Weapon Talisman through mails when reaches level 10, 20, 30. |

Q12: What are Reputation Points and how to get them?
A12: Reputation points can be accumulated to reach Reputation Level in different areas. If players reach certain Reputation Level, they can buy precious equipments for themselves, such as blue Weapon Talisman. Reputation Point can be gained through doing Reputation quests, which can be done repeatedly. Master Point can be exchanged for Reputation Point. |
